A pre-agreed basic support package is offered to our clients from day one of their LIMS software order. This allows clients to contact the team should they encounter any small ‘teething’ problems after going live. After this basic support, a yearly subscription to our standard support package is advised.

The standard support package allows you:

• Free software and help file upgrades within a major edition
• Technical support via our Zoho ticket platform and phone during weekday office hours
• Access to our Knowedge Hub on Zoho, which provides you with help guides covering our LIMS software. Documents covering more involved processes can also be either requested via the ticket board or accessed where available on the Knowledge Hub.
